Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Leandre platform, available at leandre.ai and us.leandre.ai (the “Service” or the “Platform”), operated by NL MARKETING FZCO (“Leandre”, “we”, “us”). They set out your rights and obligations, and ours, when you sign up, browse or start a subscription on the Platform (“you”). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the laws of your state of residence.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by:

- Registration: Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), United Arab Emirates

The Service is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States (vercel.com).
2. Purpose and scope
These Terms explain how we make the Service available to you, and the conditions for buying the subscriptions and credits offered on the Platform.
They apply to the exclusion of any other terms. Placing an order or starting a subscription means you accept these Terms in full, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing beforehand.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in the Service. The Terms that apply are those in effect on the date of your order or of your use of the Service. If we make a material change that affects a current subscription, we will tell you in advance by email or in the app, and you will be able to cancel your subscription as described in section 10 before the change applies.
3. The Service
Leandre is an online software platform (SaaS) powered by artificial intelligence, designed to help you create and launch an online business, particularly in dropshipping. Depending on your plan and your available credits, the Service gives you access to features such as:
- product research and analysis (product catalog);
- creating a logo and brand identity elements;
- generating a complete online store and publishing it on a .leandre.ai address, with an editor to change its text, images, products and prices;
- accepting payments for the sales made on your store, through your own Stripe account (see section 3a);
- reserving and connecting a custom domain name (paid add-on);
- producing ad visuals, particularly for social media (Meta, TikTok);
- generating UGC-style videos featuring presenters created by artificial intelligence;
- access to online training and a help center.
The Service is a tool to help you produce content. It provides technical means, suggestions and automatically generated content, but it does not guarantee any business result, revenue, income or success. We do not provide investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
We may develop, improve, change or remove features of the Service to improve its quality or to reflect technical changes, as long as the essential features of your plan are maintained. If a change materially affects your plan to your disadvantage, you may cancel it and we will refund any amount you have paid in advance for the period after cancellation.
3a. Sales on your store and custom domain name
3a.1 Payments for your sales
Sales you make to your own customers on the store you create are paid through your own Stripe account, which you create and connect to your store yourself. We are not a party to those sales, we do not receive the money from them, and we are not involved in the relationship between you and your customers, or in sourcing, shipping or providing customer service for the products you sell. These are your sole responsibility (section 9).
3a.2 Custom domain name (Brand Pack)
If you have a subscription, you can add a custom domain name linked to your store as an add-on (Brand Pack). The domain name is registered with a partner registrar and billed as a monthly subscription (section 5). Availability depends on the registrar: if the domain is unavailable or its registration fails, we will refund what you paid for it. If you do not renew this add-on, we stop renewing the domain name, and your store’s .leandre.ai address remains usable as long as the relevant subscription is active.
4. Signing up and your account
4.1 Who can sign up
You need an account to use the Service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have full legal capacity to enter into a contract and, if you act for a business, that you are authorized to bind the business you sign up for.
You agree to give accurate, complete and up-to-date information when you sign up, and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close an account created with false, inaccurate or incomplete information.
4.2 Keeping your login details safe
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. We will treat actions taken from your account as yours, unless you have told us that your details have been compromised or the misuse results from a failure on our side. If your login details are lost, stolen or used without your permission, please let us know right away at us@leandre.ai.
4.3 Your account is personal
Your account is strictly personal. Unless we expressly agree, you must not share, transfer, resell or make your account, your access or your credits available to anyone else.
5. Plans, subscriptions and prices
5.1 Our plans
The Service is available through the following options:
- Free trial: free sign-up with a 3-day trial and 25 free credits, so you can try the Service within that time, that credit balance and the related features. No card is needed and the free trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. Publishing a store requires a paid plan;
- Creator plan (“My store”): your store, generated and then published on its .leandre.ai address, with the store editor, payments through Stripe, order management and the help center. This plan does not include the training, the product catalog, the AI content generators (logos, visuals, brands, videos) or creating new stores. Prices: $18.99 per month, $29.99 for 3 months or $69.99 per year, each option renewing at the price of the period you chose;
- Pro plan: all the tools to create and promote: product catalog, creating and publishing unlimited stores, logos, brand identities, ad visuals, the full training and 100 credits per month. Price: $39 per month or $180 per year (1,200 credits per year);
- Elite plan: everything in Pro, 300 credits per month, UGC video generation with voice and priority replies from support. Price: $59 per month or $468 per year (3,600 credits per year);
- Add-ons: custom domain name (Brand Pack) at $14.99 per month (subscribers only); one-time credit top-ups of 100 credits for $9 and 250 credits for $19.
The Creator plan and the Pro or Elite plans can be combined: the Creator plan keeps your existing store online, while the Pro and Elite plans give you access to the tools. The exact content of each plan, the number of credits included or allocated each period and the related features are shown on the Platform when you subscribe. This information forms part of these Terms.
We may run promotional offers on the first subscription period (for example a discount on the first month). In that case, both the first-period price and the renewal price are shown before you confirm your order, and your subscription renews at the renewal price shown.
5.2 Prices and sales tax
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Depending on where you live, sales tax may be added at checkout; any applicable tax is shown before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time. New prices only apply to subscriptions started after they take effect: a current subscription keeps renewing at the renewal price shown when you started it, and we will give you at least thirty (30) days’ notice of any change to that price, with the option to cancel before it applies.
5.3 Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Subscriptions run for the period you choose (one month, 3 months or one year, depending on the plan) and, at the end of each period, renew automatically for another period of the same length. Your payment method will be charged the renewal price shown at checkout (for example $39 every month for the monthly Pro plan) at the start of each new period, until you cancel.
- No minimum commitment: you can cancel at any time.
- Cancel online, anytime, from your account (Settings, then “Manage my subscription”), or by emailing us@leandre.ai. Canceling online is as easy as signing up and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then and you will not be charged again.
- We send you a confirmation of your subscription, including these renewal terms and how to cancel, by email after you sign up.
- If you are on a 3-month or yearly plan, we will remind you by email before it renews, in line with applicable state automatic-renewal laws.
From your account (Settings, then “Manage my subscription”), you can also, without canceling, pause payments for thirty (30) days while keeping your access or, once per subscription, get thirty (30) free days that push back your next payment by the same amount. We may also, as a goodwill gesture, move a payment date by giving you free subscription days; this does not change the price or the terms of your plan.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment provider
Payments for subscriptions, add-ons and credit top-ups are made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and processed by a third-party payment platform and its own payment service providers. When you pay, you also accept that provider’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
We do not have access to, and do not store, your full card details: they are collected and processed securely by the payment provider.
6.2 When payment is due, and failed payments
Subscription payments are charged in advance, when you subscribe and then at each renewal. If a renewal payment is declined or fails, the payment provider automatically retries it and we will email you so you can update your payment method. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for; if the payment has not gone through by then, your subscription ends, your store goes offline and access to paid features is suspended as described in section 10.3.
6.3 Receipts
A payment confirmation and, where applicable, a receipt or invoice are made available to you electronically, either directly or through the payment provider.
7. How credits work
Some features of the Service, particularly AI content generation, use “credits”. Credits are an internal unit on the Platform that give you access to those features.
- The number of credits used by each action depends on the feature and is shown on the Platform. As of the date of these Terms: logo 1 credit, ad visual 1 credit, product photo, banner or UGC photo 2 credits, complete store 5 credits, UGC video 15 credits.
- Credits are given when you sign up (25 free credits), included in the Pro plan (100 credits per month, 1,200 per year) and the Elite plan (300 credits per month, 3,600 per year), and available to buy as top-ups (100 credits for $9, 250 credits for $19). The Creator plan does not include credits.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not refundable or transferable, except where the law requires otherwise.
- At each renewal of a Pro or Elite subscription, your included credit balance is reset to the amount set by your plan; included credits you have not used during a period do not roll over to the next one. The conditions for top-up credits are shown when you buy them.
- Free or promotional credits may come with specific conditions and may expire.
Credits used for a generation are deducted once the operation has started, including when the result does not fully match what you expected, which is inherent to the probabilistic nature of artificial intelligence. We may, at our discretion and as a goodwill gesture, re-credit your account if a proven technical fault on our side occurred. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law if the Service is faulty (see section 13).
8. Refunds
Leandre gives you immediate access to digital content and to an online service. For this reason, and except as described in these Terms or where the law of your state requires otherwise:
- payments for a subscription period that has started are not refunded on a pro-rata basis when you cancel: your cancellation takes effect at the end of that period and you keep access until then;
- credits, including top-up credits, are not refundable once purchased, and credits used to generate content (a store, logos, visuals or videos) cannot be returned;
- we will refund what you paid for a custom domain name if the domain is unavailable or its registration fails (section 3a.2), and any amount paid in advance if a change to the Service materially affects your plan to your disadvantage (section 3);
- if you were charged in error, for example after you canceled, please contact us and we will refund the charge.
To ask for a refund or report a billing problem, email us@leandre.ai with the email address used for your order and the date of the charge. When a refund is due, we make it within fourteen (14) days of approving it, using the payment method you used.
9. No guarantee of results, and your responsibilities
The Service is a tool to produce content and to help you. You keep full control of, and full responsibility for, how you use the content generated and for the business you run, in particular your online store and the sales you make on it. Leandre does not promise or guarantee any sales, revenue or income.
In particular, you alone are responsible for:
- making sure your business, your products and your business practices comply with the applicable laws and regulations (consumer protection, advertising rules including FTC rules, product safety, sales tax, employment obligations, etc.);
- respecting the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, rights of publicity and privacy;
- the truthfulness, lawfulness and accuracy of the information, claims and visuals you publish, including those generated through the Service and then published by you;
- complying with the terms of use of the third-party platforms you use (including Meta and TikTok, and any e-commerce or payment solution);
- your reporting, tax and accounting obligations relating to your business.
We are not responsible for your business decisions or for the consequences of publishing or using the content generated. You agree to review and, if necessary, adapt any generated content before publishing it.
10. Term, cancellation and suspension
10.1 Canceling your subscription
Subscriptions have no minimum term. You can cancel anytime from your account on the Platform (Settings, then “Manage my subscription”) or by emailing us@leandre.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period you have already paid for, whether monthly, 3-month or yearly; no pro-rata refund is due for a period that has started, except where the law requires otherwise (see section 8). At the end of that period, your subscription does not renew, you are not charged again and access to paid features ends. If you have several subscriptions (for example Creator and Pro), you can cancel each of them separately.
10.2 Suspension or termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, use the Service fraudulently, abusively or unlawfully, fail to pay, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service. Where the nature of the breach allows, we will first give you notice asking you to fix it.
10.3 What happens when your subscription ends
Cancellation, or failure to pay a renewal, means that at the end of the paid period your store goes offline and you lose access to paid features and, where applicable, to unused credits, subject to mandatory legal provisions. Your stores, brands and content are kept for at least fourteen (14) days after that date, during which starting a new plan lets you get them back as they were; after that, we may delete them. Please save any content you want to keep before your access ends.
11. Intellectual property and generated content
11.1 The Platform
The Platform, its software, databases, trademarks, logos, visual identity and all its components are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Leandre or its partners. Nothing in these Terms gives you any ownership rights in the Service itself.
11.2 Content you provide
You keep the rights in the content, text, images or other material you upload or enter on the Platform. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights in that material, and you give us a license to use it solely to provide the Service.
11.3 Content generated through the Service
As long as you have paid all amounts due and comply with these Terms, we grant or assign to you the rights needed to use the content you generate through the Service (logos, visuals, videos, text), including for commercial purposes, within the limits of the rights we hold ourselves and of the terms of the third-party technologies and providers involved. You use that content at your own risk, in line with section 9.
Because of the nature of artificial intelligence, identical or similar content may be generated for other users, and some generated content may not be protected by copyright. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others.
12. Availability of the Service and maintenance
We take reasonable steps to keep the Service available and working properly, and we provide it with reasonable care and skill. We cannot, however, guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Access to the Service may be suspended temporarily, in particular for maintenance, updates or fixes, or because of events outside our control or failures of third-party providers (host, payment provider, AI model providers, third-party platforms). Where possible, we will tell you about planned interruptions in advance.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not responsible for content generated by artificial intelligence insofar as it is produced automatically and probabilistically, for how you use it, or for your business decisions. Nor are we responsible for problems caused by you, your equipment, your connection or third-party services. As the Service is a tool for building a business, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for lost revenue, profits, customers, data or business opportunities, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the amounts you have actually paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
14. Personal data
When you use the Service, we process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and the privacy rights available to US residents, including California residents. We do not sell your personal information. For any question about your data, email us@leandre.ai.
15. Your commitments
You agree to use the Service fairly and for its intended purpose. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the Platform;
- try to access accounts, systems or data without permission;
- get around technical limits, including the credit system or the restrictions attached to each plan;
- generate, publish or use content that is illegal, misleading, infringing or that violates the rights of others.
Any breach of these commitments may lead to the suspension or closure of your account (section 10.2), without prejudice to any other remedies we may have.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including major failures of telecommunications networks, energy suppliers, our host or third-party providers essential to the Service. If such an event happens, we will let you know and do what we reasonably can to limit its effects.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in full force. If we do not enforce a breach of these Terms right away, this does not mean we have waived our right to do so later.
You may not transfer these Terms or your account to anyone else without our prior written consent. We may transfer these Terms, in particular as part of a reorganization, merger or sale of our business; if we do, we will make sure your rights under these Terms are not affected.
18. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at us@leandre.ai so we can try to fix it. Most issues are resolved quickly this way.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can also contact the consumer protection office of your state attorney general, or file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
19. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by French law. Nothing in these Terms, including this choice of law, limits the mandatory consumer protections of the laws of your state of residence, which continue to apply to you.
If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of your state of residence, including small claims court where available. If you use the Service for business purposes, disputes will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction for our registered office, subject to any mandatory rules.
20. Acceptance and contact
By checking the acceptance box when you sign up, by starting a subscription or by using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them. For any question about these Terms, you can contact us at us@leandre.ai.
