4. Description of the services

The Site offers an online software platform (SaaS) powered by artificial intelligence, designed to help its users create and grow an online business. The services include product research, creating brand identity elements, generating online stores, producing ad visuals and videos, and other features described on the Site.

Some features are available for free, while others are available with paid subscription plans. The conditions of use, subscription, automatic renewal, billing and cancellation of the services are set out in our Terms of Service, which we invite you to read.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Payments and the management of subscriptions started on the Site are handled through a third-party payment platform. Leandre does not have access to its users’ full card details, which are collected and processed directly by the payment provider and its partners in secure conditions.

The financial terms that apply (amounts, frequency, automatic renewal, refunds and how to cancel anytime from your account) are set out in our Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Protected elements of the Site

All the elements that make up the Site, including (without limitation) its structure, text, software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names, illustrations, sounds and videos, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher or of its partners who hold the corresponding rights.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, extraction or use of all or part of these elements, by any means and on any medium, without the Publisher’s prior written permission, is prohibited and may infringe the Publisher’s intellectual property rights.

6.2 Trademarks and distinctive signs

The “Leandre” brand, the leandre.ai domain name and the logos and distinctive signs shown on the Site belong to the Publisher. Anyone who uses these signs without permission is liable for doing so.

6.3 Content generated by artificial intelligence

The Site offers features that generate content (in particular text, visuals, videos and brand identities) using artificial intelligence. As long as the user complies with the Terms of Service and pays any amounts due, the content generated from the user’s instructions may be used by the user under the conditions set out in those Terms.

The user remains solely responsible for how they use generated content and for making sure it complies with the applicable laws and regulations, in particular intellectual property, trademark law, rights of publicity and advertising rules. Leandre does not guarantee that AI-generated content is original, accurate or free from third-party rights.

6.4 Content published by users

Users keep ownership of the content they upload or send to the Site. They confirm that they hold all the rights and permissions needed to use it, and grant the Publisher, strictly as far as needed to provide the services, the rights required to process that content.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please email us@leandre.ai with a description of the work, where the content appears and your contact details, and we will review it promptly.

7. Personal information

When you use the Site, the Publisher collects and processes personal information about its users, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Depending on your state of residence, including California under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to know, access, delete and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Leandre does not sell your personal information.

The information, content and tools made available, including content generated by artificial intelligence, do not constitute professional, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Users remain solely responsible for the decisions they make and for the businesses they build using the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for damage resulting from an interruption, unavailability or malfunction of the Site, from viruses, or from the way users use the content and services. 10. Governing law and courts

This legal notice is governed by French law. Nothing in this choice of law limits the mandatory consumer protections of the laws of your state of residence, and if you are a consumer you can bring proceedings in the courts of your state of residence.
